What paper stock do you use?

All prints are printed on Giclée Hahnemühle PhotoRag at 308gsm. The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel, creating smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so it is recommended to take extra care when handling each photo print.

Do these prints come framed?

All photographs are prints only with no frames included.

I ordered some prints, how long will they take to get to me?

All prints will be printed and dispatched from London, UK. Below are estimated delivery times.

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 days
Germany: 3 to 7 days
Europe (EU): 4 to 10 days
Europe (EEA & CH): – 4 to 10 days
USA: 6 to 10 days
Canada: 6 to 10 days
Rest of the World: 5 to 15 days

Will I be charged any duties or taxes for my order?

When purchasing internationally, various import taxes and customs duties may be charged by your local customs office, when artworks are imported into your country. It is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and customs duties.

Can I exchange or return my prints?

All prints are custom-made to order. Due to this, there are no refunds or exchanges (including change of mind) unless they arrive with faults, so please choose carefully. Ensure you measure the area to get the sizing correct prior to placing your order. This means once an item has been made and/or shipped, there are no changes or amends for you.
